Student Housing 

Full-time students are eligible to apply for on-campus housing. Housing rates vary according to size, furnishings, and location. The following rental rates include basic utilities except telephone:

• One-bedroom (apartment) $468 - $628 per month
• Two-bedroom (apartment) $532 - $712 per month
• Three-bedroom (apartment) $584 - $820 per month
• Four-bedroom (apartment) $900 per month
• Dormitory facilities $184 - $268 per month

Pets

Union-PSCE permits pets in some areas of Rice apartments. Permitted pets include only dogs or cats weighing no more than 35 pounds. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a $10 increase in rent for those apartments where pets are kept. Please see the Pet Policy in the student handbook for details.
