Important: Successful completion of Option 6 meets the supervised ministry requirement of four credits for M.Div. students at Union-PSCE. However, many presbyteries and judicatories require their students to take CPE in addition to other supervised ministry courses taken. Students must know their denominational requirements before committing to a particular supervised ministry course.

Want to do more supervised ministry?

M.Div. students may take a 5th credit as an elective course.  This credit may be earned in a parish or non-parish setting, part-time, in one term.

M.Div. students who opt for a full-year Student-in-Ministry year (4 credits) may take 2 more credits in supervised ministry!
