Fulfilling Academic Requirements
M.Div. students are required to earn 4 credits in supervised ministry courses in order to graduate. There are multiple options to earn the 4 credits.
Note: In 2-credit, 2-term options, one credit is lodged in each of the two consecutive terms.
- One-term supervised min. course in a church for two credits
-AND-
- One-term supervised min. course in CPE or in an agency or other non-parish setting for two credits

- Two-term* part-time supervised min. course in CPE or in an agency or other non-parish setting for two credits

Want to do more supervised ministry?
M.Div. students may take a 5th credit as an elective course. This credit may be earned in a parish or non-parish setting, part-time, in one term.
