Union-PSCE at Charlotte is a fully accredited campus of Union Theological Seminary & Presbyterian School of Christian Education.
Located on the campus of Queens University of Charlotte, Union-PSCE at Charlotte is providing a way for working adults who sense the call to ministry, but are prevented from relocating to a residential seminary due to family or work commitments, to receive excellent preparation for ministry.
Union-PSCE at Charlotte began offering courses in 2002, has already celebrated our first two years of graduates, and now averages an enrollment of more than 100 students.
From its beginning, Union-PSCE at Charlotte has received the generous support of individuals, congregations, presbyteries, and foundations in the Carolinas. The program was developed in response to an invitation from five presbyteries in the region to develop a local theological education program consistent with the theology and practice of Presbyterian congregations.
